Eating in Atlantic City - Outside of a casino
Atlantic City is getting known as much for its broad array of casual and fine dining offerings as its gaming and nightlife.
But if you want a good option to eat away from the busy casino properties try the Old Waterway Inn at 1700 W Riverside Dr, Atlantic City, NJ 08401 phone:609) 347-1793.
Go during nice weather and opt to eat outside on their patio. Aside from the casual dock-side-like atmosphere, you get one of the best views of the Atlantic City skyline available (especially at night, when it is all lit up).
The food is good, reasonably priced, and ample at this chef-owned restaurant. My friends and I have gone numerous times and have never had a bad experience.
And if you go on Fiday nights during the Summer, you'll have a good chance of catching the fireworks over at the baseball stadium around 9:30pm. |
